三、团队介绍

团队研究方向:

1、DNA损伤应答及真核细胞基因组稳定性维持的细胞生物学及生物化学基础;

2、肿瘤细胞转移的表观遗传学机制;

3、恶性肿瘤临床检测标志物及新的抗肿瘤药物靶点的开发。

主要研究内容包括

1、DNA损伤修复蛋白53BP1参与的细胞自噬调控机制;

2、DNA损伤修复蛋白53BP1通过相分离稳定异染色质成分的机制研究;

3、表观遗传学参与的肿瘤细胞转移的机制研究。
