三、团队介绍
团队研究方向是天然产物合成与调控,主要研究内容包括解析植物或真菌来源天然产物合成及其调控机制,建立合成天然产物的细胞工厂,实现天然产物的工业化生产。研究工作覆盖微生物学、生物化工等学科交叉领域,在生物化工领域具有行业影响力。
团队承担了国家自然科学基金项目4项,近三年发表SCI文章5篇。
四、科研成果
(1)代表性的科研项目:
国家自然科学基金项目“黑孢块菌发酵过程中VOSCs合成酶基因转录表达的调控机制”、“大肠杆菌全局转录因子Cra对琥珀酸生物合成过程中CO2固定基因的调控机制”、“含氮杂环鬼臼类候选药物人工合成途径的体内组装”。
